Last year was extraordinarily when it comes to the release of amazing and ground-breaking luxury superyachts as well. Major shipyards and yacht builders stepped up their game to develop the most stunning projects, including, for example, the Progetto Colide Concept by Tankoa Yachts or the incredible Dynamiq GTT 115 which was the result of a collaboration between Dynamiq Yachts and Porsche. So, now, Luxury Yachts will explore 10 of the best superyachts to have been launched in 2017. One thing is guaranteed these vessels are bound to give one a memorable and enjoyable experience as soon as one steps onboard.

Aurea

Aurea is the result of a collaboration between renowned Italian design company, Pininfarina and one of the world’s most successful yacht builders, Rossinavi. Her charming concept lies in the lavish lifestyle, highlighting three striking exterior decks and a massively impressive beach club located in the cockpit. The cutting-edge exterior lines combine perfectly with the stern creating a modern and luxurious silhouette that offers the utmost levels of comfort and privacy.

Concept NYX

Developed by London-based design studio Squared MK, Concept NYX measures 75 meters and shows off unique proportions and a drool-inducing red colour scheme. Able to accommodate around 14 guests onboard, this vessel comes with a private deck, with a balcony, Jacuzzi, a folding terrace and a bar.

Dynamiq GTT 115

Dynamiq has recently announced the launch of the extraordinary GTT 115, which has the honour of being one of the most avant-garde luxury superyachts in the world, right now. She was designed in conjunction with cult Studio F. A. Porsche. The GTT 115 is the latest embodiment of the Dynamiq philosophy to design and build next-generation yachts for discerning owners with a matching mindset.

Gotham

The blacked-out beauty Gotham was presented by Dutch shipyard Icon Yachts. This ravishing superyacht concept displays a menacing yet seductive, with an exterior design inspired by Batman. Gotham highlights an intelligent deck layout and all kinds of luxurious amenities inside-out. Opulent materials and luxurious fabrics, as well as a welcoming colour theme, were used to decorate the interiors. Gotham can accommodate up to 10 guests and features twin 2,000 hp MTU engines.

MESD 100

This concept was imagined by Norwegian designer Marius Skjolde. Characterised by a sleek and elegant profile, MESD 100 manages to blend comfortable interiors with generous exterior entertainment areas. However, the most surprising and thrilling feature is her exposed beach club which includes several social areas, with a cool bar, sea-view lounges, and much more.

Nature

This groundbreaking vessel was conceived by Sinot Exclusive Yacht Design gas a platform for experiencing the natural world. She is entitled Project Nature and measures 120-meters and has an extremely futuristic concept. As a whole, this fully customizable design shows off a holistic approach to nature and sailing. Some of her amenities include lush garden and observatory decks, state-of-the-art climate control technology, and much more.

Progetto Bolide

Tankoa Yachts collaborated with the Rome-based luxury design company, Exclusiva Design, to create a masterful luxury yacht concept, the Progetto Bolide Concept. The 72-meter superyacht is a true work of art inspired by the 20th-century movement of futurism. Innovative and futuristic lines, as well as the cutting edge of the 20th-century Italian, are the highlights of this stunning vessel. She also features a high-tech wine cellar with its own integrated wi-fi system.

Designed by the renowned Italian shipyard Benetti, this breathtaking yacht concept was described as an innovative and revolutionary vessel, inspired by the natural marine environment. This interesting vessel highlights adaptable spaces, open balconies, terraces as well as an observatory deck promising 360-degree views over the horizon. She is comprised of an eco-friendly diesel-electric propulsion system that features five variable speed generators and a single C18 CAT engine. Se77antasette is capable of reaching a top speed of 19 knots.

Wally 93

Thanks to its ultra-light construction, with high modulus unidirectional carbon fibre, and CNC female carbon fibre, this incredible cruiser racer is able to brag about some amazing performances and beautiful looks, of course. Wally 93 can sail with up to 16 knots of wind, and easily exceed the true wind speed, providing a whole new experience at seas.

Zephyr

The Design of the180-foot Project Zephyr was actually inspired by the timeless essence of automotive designs from the 60’s. She was imagined by the renowned Italian yacht designer Federico Fiorentino for Rossinavi. It’s built around a Fast Displacement hull from Van Oossanen Naval Architects and packs 16V 4000 MTU engines that allow it to achieve a top speed of 32 knots. In addition, this superyacht features a 990-sq.ft beach area with a raised terrace and an 18-foot swimming pool.
