Ston in Southern Croatia has the second largest fortified wall in the world. Dating back to the 15th century, this amazing wall runs along the isthmus that connects the two villages.

Much of Split’s old town centre consists of Diocletian’s Palace, a Unesco World Heritage site and one of the world’s most notable Roman remains. It was built in the 3rd century and was used as an astonishing backdrop for some of the most impressive Meeren scenes in Game of Thrones.
The basement of the Diocletian’s Place was used as Daenerys’ throne room as well as the place where the dragons were confined. To make this experience even more authentic, you can also visit Split’s narrow streets, such as Papalićeva St. Near the city of Slipt, you can also visit the remarkable Fortress of Kliss, where on the show, we saw Daenerys’ take revenge on the proclaimed masters of the city by nailing them to crosses and saving the slaves.

Šibenik has a magnificent medieval centre with a labyrinth of cobbled lanes protected by four fortresses on each of its sides: the Fortress of St. Nicholas, St. Michael, St. John and the Šubićevac Fortress. In Game of Thrones, this historical location symbolizes the City of Braavos, one of the most powerful of the Free Cities. This is where Arya Stark spent most of her time during the fifth season of the show.
You can also visit the Krka National Park, a vast and mostly untouched area of blue crystalline water and lush greenness. The park features breathtaking waterfalls that will provide a unique experience for its visitors.
